Vera’s Visuals is a small art business 

company from Valkeakoski, Finland.

Vera Korpilaakso is an artist and surface pattern designer behind the company.

Illustrations are inspired by wildlife, nature, harmony, and playful animals.

 

There are 4 steps to order products:

Adding a product to the shopping cart, shipment details, summary, and payment.¨

 

 

Vera’s Visuals art shop’s payment processing merchant is Visma Pay.

Visma Pay passes your payment to the seller and it is a safe payment method.

 

Through the Visma Pay service, you can pay with online banking IDs, wallets, payment cards (credit/debit), invoices, or installments. An order confirmation will be sent to the customer via SMS or e-mail

Vera’s Visuals reserves the right to reject an order if a customer has repeatedly failed to pay or returned ordered products.

Depending on the order and delivery method, the delivery time is approximately 3-7 workdays.

If there are substantial changes in the delivery time customer will be notified without a delay.

Shipments pass through Posti Oy.

The customer has the right to return products within 14 days in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.

The right to return applies only to products that are unused and undamaged in their original packages. The customer is responsible for the costs of return.

If there are defects in the product Vera’s Visuals will bear the costs of return.

The customer pays the return costs.

 

Return time begins when the customer has picked up the product or products.

When returning the product, please remember to attach the delivery order to the shipping package.
